Hero Pill Dispenser Device FAQ

Hero can store up to 10 different types of pills, and each of its 10 cartridges can hold up to a 90 day supply of pills. The exact capacity depends on the pill size and the frequency of consumption.

Users can also add 10 additional medications stored outside of Hero to their schedule through the Hero app. You'll still receive reminders for these meds on Hero and through the Hero App - just like with medication stored inside Hero.

Hero is approximately 9" x 9" x 15" (22.9 cm x 22.9 cm x 38.1 cm), and weighs about 10 lbs. It fits on any standard kitchen counter.

Hero runs on 100-240V AC power—in other words, you can plug it into a standard electrical outlet.

Hero can only dispense whole pills. Half pills and non-pill medicines, such as liquids and ointments, will need to be stored outside of Hero. However, users can schedule up to 10 additional medications outside of Hero through the Hero app. The app will track and send reminders for all medications, whether stored inside or outside of Hero.

Yes - when adding a new medication to Hero, users can select to either schedule the medication, or set it as an "as needed" pill. This allows users to dispense as much or as little of the medication as they'd like, at any time.

Yes, Hero requires WiFi connection to set up and maintain your Hero so that it remains connected 24/7 in order to send you alerts and make sure you stay compliant.
